The Hardest Part of Living to 200 Is That Nobody Around You Is Doing It
I take a lot of supplements a day. I drink four different cups of coffee every morning, each one built for a different reason. I sleep on a schedule most people would find insane. My last blood panel put my biological age at 56, and I am 71.
None of that is the hard part.
The hard part is that I am doing almost all of it alone.
What I Actually Miss
When you go down this road, something strange happens to your conversations. You mention that you dropped a supplement because your bloodwork moved the wrong way, and the person across the table changes the subject. Not out of rudeness. They just have nothing to say back. It is not their world.
So you stop bringing it up. You read the studies alone, you run the experiments alone, and when something finally works you have nobody to tell who understands why it matters.
Worse than that: nobody notices when you quit. I have quietly stopped doing things that were working, and it took me months to catch it myself. There was no one in my life positioned to say, hey, you used to do that every morning and now you don't. What happened?
That is the gap. Not information. There is more information than any of us can read. What is missing is a room.
I know that because I have been in one. Last year Kathy and I spent a few days at a longevity mastermind in Sundance, Utah, with people who think aging is optional. I wrote about it at the time. What stayed with me was not any single talk. It was the ordinary conversations between sessions, with people who did not need the premise explained to them.
So I Am Building the Room
I am starting a group. Ten people, hand-selected, meeting on biweekly Zoom calls of ninety minutes each. Twenty-six calls across a year. It is called The 200 Year Life Mastermind.
Most of those calls are just the ten of us working through what we are each testing. Somebody is three months into a peptide and has the labs to show for it. Somebody else tried the thing you are about to spend four hundred dollars on and can tell you not to bother. That is the whole point.
Every member also gets one call devoted entirely to their own stack, where the group goes through it and tells them what to drop. I expect that call to be uncomfortable and I expect it to be the most valuable one each person gets. Most of us are taking things out of habit rather than evidence, and it takes other people to see it.
There is a private WhatsApp group running between the calls, because two weeks is a long time to sit on a question.
The Guests
Several times across the year I bring somebody in. Longevity researchers, clinicians, the people actually building this field, live in the room and answering questions from ten people instead of an audience of thousands.
Elizabeth Parrish has already committed to two sessions. She is the CEO of BioViva and the first person to take gene therapy against her own aging. I have interviewed her on the channel, so you can go watch her and judge for yourself whether you would want an hour and a half to ask her whatever you like.
Dr. Bill Andrews has committed to two sessions as well. He is the telomere scientist behind Sierra Sciences and one of the people who worked on identifying the human telomerase gene. He has also been on the channel, so again, go listen to him first and decide whether you want to be one of ten people asking him questions.
More guests will be announced as they confirm. I am not going to promise names I do not have yet.
What It Costs, Up Front
It is $1,000 a month with a one-year commitment.
I am putting that in the fifth paragraph rather than burying it, because I would rather you decide now than after a form and a phone call. If the number stops you, that is a completely fair answer. Everything I publish stays free and it always will. The protocols, the blood test results, the things that failed, all of it stays on this site for nothing.
This is a different thing. It is a small room with a limited number of chairs, and the price is what keeps it small.
Why May 2027
The first call is nine months out, which I know is a long time to hold something.
I am doing it that way on purpose. I want the ten seats filled with the right people rather than the first ten people, and hand-selecting a group takes a while. The day and time are not set either, and they will not be until all ten seats are full. Then I find a slot that works for as many people as possible and announce it well ahead of May.
If the time we land on does not suit you, that is a clean exit. Nothing is owed and nothing is charged until the group actually starts.
If This Is You
I think this is for the person who is already doing the work. You have a protocol. You track something. You have spent real money on this and you have the bloodwork to show whether it moved. And you have noticed that the people around you are not going to join you, no matter how good the argument is.
If that is you, go read the mastermind page. It has the format, the price, the commitment and the date laid out plainly. There is an application at the bottom, and if it looks like a fit we will have a conversation before anything is decided.
Ten people. One year. Live on Zoom.
I have been running this experiment in public for a while now, and this is the part I have wanted for longest.

Stay sovereign, stay healthy.
I am not a physician and nothing here is medical advice. I am a guy running a long experiment on himself and showing his work.
