The changes I’ve made since starting The 200 Year Life Project on August 15th, 2025 — results in my own body.
- Discontinued high blood pressure medicine
- Discontinued antacid (was prescribed twice a day)
- Discontinued prescription for sleep
- Sleep average now 7.5 hours a night (up from 5 hours)
- Lowest weight since high school (184 pounds)
- No longer need CPAP for sleeping
- Way more flexible
- Brain fog almost gone
