The 200 Year Life Mastermind

The hardest part of this work is that nobody around you is doing it.

You track your biomarkers. You have changed how you eat, how you sleep, what you take. You have read the studies most people never open.

And when you bring it up, eyes glaze over.

That is what this is for. Ten people who are serious about extending healthspan, in a room together every other week for a year — comparing real data, arguing about what actually works, and holding each other to it.

The People in the Room

This is the whole point.

Ten members, hand-selected, all doing the work already. Not beginners looking for a starting point — people running their own experiments who want others running them alongside.

What you get from a group like this is not information. Information is free and you have already found it. What you get is a room full of people who will notice when you quietly stop doing something, ask you why, and expect an answer.

The Guests

Most calls are just us — ten people working through what we are each testing. That is the backbone of the group.

But several times across the year I will bring someone in: longevity researchers, clinicians, and the people building this field, in the room, live, taking questions directly from ten people rather than an audience of thousands.

When that happens you will not be watching an interview. You will be asking your own questions about your own numbers.

Confirmed: Elizabeth Parrish. CEO of BioViva and the first person to take gene therapy against her own aging, Liz joins us for two of the sessions — and she’s open to going deep on what BioViva is working on now.

Confirmed: Dr. Bill Andrews. The telomere scientist behind Sierra Sciences, and one of the people who worked on identifying the human telomerase gene. Bill is joining us for two of the sessions. I have interviewed him too, so you can hear how he thinks before you decide whether you want to spend a session asking him your own questions.

More guests will be announced as they’re confirmed.

The Group Between Calls

Twenty-six calls across a year is a lot of hours, but the group does not stop when the call ends. There is a private WhatsApp group running the whole time.

Somebody posts a lab result on a Tuesday and has four replies before dinner. That is where most of the real work happens — the questions that are too small for a call and too important to sit on.

Your Protocol, Audited

Every member gets a call devoted to their own stack. You bring what you are taking, what you are doing, and what it is costing you. The rest of the group goes through it.

Not to admire it — to tell you what to drop. Most of us are carrying things we started for a reason we can no longer remember, and it takes other people to see it.

Ten members, twenty-six calls. Everybody gets their turn.

Ten Members

Hand-selected, capped at ten, chosen to fit together.

Expert Guests

Brought in several times a year, live and taking your questions.

26 Calls

Biweekly Zoom calls, 90 minutes each, across a full year.

Private WhatsApp

The group runs between calls, not just on them.

$1,000 per month · One-year commitment · Ten seats

Telling you that up front because you deserve to know before you spend time on an application.

This is not a course or a membership site. It is twenty-six biweekly Zoom calls, ninety minutes each, with a small group of committed people and the guests we bring in.

If the number stops you, that is a fair answer — everything I publish stays free, and always will.

About Me

I am Gary Leland. I am 71, and I am running this experiment in public — the protocols, the bloodwork, the things that worked and the things I dropped. All of it, including the failures.

I am not a doctor and I am not selling expertise. I am building the group I want to be in.

Who this is for

People already doing the work who want to go further with company. If you track your biomarkers, run your own experiments, and have found that nobody in your life wants to hear about it — you are who we are looking for. If you are curious about longevity but have not started, this is not the right fit yet, and that is genuinely okay.

Why May 2027

Because forming this group carefully matters more than filling it fast.

Applications are open now. Over the coming months I will talk with everyone who applies and hand-select ten people who fit together. That takes time, and I am not willing to rush it.

Applying costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. It puts you in the conversation.

Call Times

The day and time are not set yet, and they will not be until I know who is in the group. Once the ten seats are filled I will find a slot that works for as many of us as possible, and I will announce it well ahead of May 2027.

If the time we land on does not work for you, that is a clean exit. Nothing is owed and nothing is charged until the group starts — applying now does not commit you to anything, so you can simply bow out.

How It Works

1️⃣

Apply

A short form about where you are and what you are working on.

2️⃣

We talk

A real conversation, not a sales call. I need to know whether you would add to the group, and you need to know whether this is worth $12,000 to you.

3️⃣

If it is a fit, you are in

Billing starts when the group starts, not before.
