Everything I Take, Written Down. Free When You Subscribe.
Everything I do is written down in one place. It is called The 200 Year Life Protocols, it is free, and you get it when you subscribe. After that it is one email a week with everything I published. That means the interviews, the blogs, the video shorts and nothing else.
What Is in the Guide?
Every supplement I take, with the dose and the reason I take it.
Along with the morning routine, the four cups of coffee and the sleep rules that finally worked. The exercises I do for strength, balance and bone density, and how often. And the blood markers I track, plus what actually moved when I changed something.
Not a general guide to longevity. The specific things I do, at over 70, with the numbers attached.
What Comes After That?
One email a week. The whole week in one place.
I publish most days, between the blog and the videos, and I know nobody wants a separate email every time. So the newsletter is a week in review: every post and every video from the previous seven days, gathered into one compact email you can scan in a minute and open whatever looks worth your time.
That includes the experiments that did not work, which is most of the reason it is worth reading. I have written up supplements I quit and money I wasted, and I will keep doing it.
One email. Once a week. No cost, no sequence of sales emails, and you can leave whenever you like without me chasing you.
How Do I Subscribe?

One thing worth knowing: you will get a confirmation email first, and you have to click the link inside it. Nothing arrives until you do. That step catches out more people than you would think, so if you sign up and hear nothing, check the spam folder for it.
I Signed Up Before and Never Heard Anything
Then the confirmation almost certainly never got clicked.
It is worth just signing up again. It takes ten seconds and it will go through properly.
I Would Rather Not Give You My Email
Completely reasonable, and everything I publish is free on this site either way.
If you would rather follow somewhere you already spend time, I am in most of the usual places. Pick whichever one you actually open.
- YouTube — Full experiments and interviews, plus short clips.
- Facebook Group — Free group where people compare notes and ask questions.
- Instagram — Day-to-day protocol shots and short video.
- Threads — Where I think out loud about what I am testing.
- Pinterest — Saveable versions of the protocols and results.
- LinkedIn — The same posts, for the professional crowd.
- X — Occasional posts and links.
I will say why I prefer the email list, and it is not a sales pitch. Platforms change their minds about who sees what. An inbox is the one place nobody can put an algorithm between us.
Or Just Read It Here
If you want the detail without joining anything, it is all published anyway.
Everything I take is on my protocols page, the training is on my fitness page, every number I get back is on my test and stats page, and the products I use with the discounts I have arranged are on my discount codes page.
Get the protocols here if you want them in your inbox instead.
Live long and prosper,
Gary
A note from Gary: I am not a doctor, and I am definitely not your doctor. I am a 71-year-old man running a 129-year experiment on himself in public. Talk to your physician before changing anything.
These are products I use on my push to 200. I only put something on this list after I’ve tested it on myself. The links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no cost to you.
