What's In It and Why — Every Ingredient Earns Its Place

🌿 Arugula — 1 cup

Rocket-fuel nitrates that convert to Nitric Oxide in the body — lowering blood pressure and dramatically improving blood flow to the brain and muscles.

🥑 Avocado — ½

Heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, potassium, and soluble fiber. Keeps blood sugar flat for hours and keeps you full without a crash.
