The new Home Town t-shirt.

Next Thursday will actually be our fourth episode of the podcast, and we are having a blast.

We have been watching the HGTV show Home Town with Ben, and Erin Napier, and then we record our thoughts as a podcast.

I have to tell you that it has been a quite an accomplishment getting Kathy to record a podcast. Yes, I have been podcasting since 2004, but never with Kathy.

Creating the podcast has given us another thing to look forward to doing every week. This may sound crazy, but it is kind of like a date night. Except we are sitting at home talking on a microphone about a TV show. I know that does not sound like much of a date, but we are having fun.

I have always been on the creative side, and come up with quotes, slogans, and such all the time. You can see many of my quotes at GaryLeland.com/quotes.

The other day I came up with what I thought was a cute idea for a new t-shirt design, so I had my uniform department make a couple of samples.

Theres No Place Like Home Town Podcast T-Shirt

I thought it was a cute take off of the term “There Is No Place Like Home”. Except instead of the ruby red slippers, I used red work boots. I even included the magic wand. You to can show your love for Home Town, with your very own custom t-shirt!
